Gurkhas

FSI’s Close Protection personnel have all passed the qualifying courses and have served a minimum of 15 years in the Brigade of Gurkhas. The Gurkhas are famous for their loyalty and tenacity in battle, but they are also well known for their humble and personable nature. This combination makes them ideal close protection personnel.

Close Protection is far more subtle and intricate than the provision of deterrence through highly visible and imposing security personnel.  If you are genuinely concerned about your safety and that of your family, you need to know that if trouble arises you will have at your shoulder the best protection money can buy. An FSI CP Operator will never look for trouble but should it occur he will provide you and your family with the best means of escaping unharmed.

Full protection and assessment

Our men are entirely professional. They provide a discrete but comprehensive level of protection tailored precisely to the needs of the client. FSI can provide a complete ‘threat assessment’ analysis and movement co-ordination plan, whether it be for an international trip, a specific event or on an ongoing basis. The threat assessment can be carried out for any country or region to which the client needs to travel. FSI can also provide protection for the client’s valuables whilst in transit

As part of the full protection package FSI can also provide personnel qualified in defensive driving who will ordinarily work as a pair or in a trio in order to provide an all round protective solution

FSI VIP Marine Protection

Much as with FSI’s close protection service, our VIP Marine Protection has been tailored for the ‘Super Yacht Owner’ market. We provide close protection trained Gurkhas who offer a full range of functions including:

  • Close Protection for the client and their friends and family on and off the Yacht
  • Driving the client and their friends and family to and from the Yacht on any required trips (recommended 3 men, 1 driving two in protective roles
  • Protection of the Yacht and occupants whilst moored and at sea
  • Area threat assessment including an analysis of any region where the Yacht will be going to identify the threat level for Kidnapping and piracy
