FSI Gurkhas represent an ideal solution for training and capacity building due to the cultural similarities with many local nationals of post conflict environments.  FSI, the UK military and the UN have used Gurkhas to great effect for training local national security personnel in Afghanistan including the ANA and ANP and security personnel in Iraq including the NIA, IP and civilian security personnel.
