The Crisis Management Plan is required to facilitate efficient management of a crisis situation such as serious incident, death, environmental disaster, kidnapping or similar serious threats to an organisation or its personnel.  The plan is designed around company individuals whose input will be needed to evaluate and authorize action. Calm implementation of a plan is in the best interests of the victims, their family members and the organization and FSI are able to support organisations in preparing such plans and executing the plans should they be required.
